This End-User License Agreement ("EULA", "Terms of Service" or "Terms") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and unicose.com (referred to as "Licensor", "we", "us", or "our"). This agreement governs your use of the software applications, websites, and content provided by unicose.apps (collectively, the "Services").
1. General Acknowledgment
By downloading, installing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Services. This EULA is concluded solely between you and unicose.apps, and specifically not with any App Store provider, platform operator, or other third parties (such as Apple Inc. or Google LLC).
2. Grant of License
unicose.com hereby grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to download, install, and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
3. Restrictions on Use
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our Services.
- Extract source codes, algorithms, or underlying structures.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any part of the Services.
- Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Services.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty ("As Is")
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS GIVEN WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, UNICOSE.COM EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Without limitation to the foregoing, unicose.com provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind that the Services will meet your requirements, achieve any intended results, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards or be error free or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL UNICOSE.COM (OR ITS DEVELOPERS, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS) BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY, OR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER.
This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Services, however caused, regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, or otherwise) and even if unicose.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Apple Inc. or other platform providers have no warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to our Services.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless unicose.com, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Services or a breach of these Terms.
7. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may display, include, or make available third-party content or provide links to third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that unicose.com is not responsible for any third-party services, including their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, or any other aspect thereof. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
8. Changes to this Agreement
We reserve the right to modify or replace this EULA at any time without prior notice. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
9. Severability
If any provision of this EULA is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
